Despite the ongoing challenges of the COVID19 pandemic, the Australian PRIDE Chapter held a number of events over the last 12 months to increase PRIDE visibility and promote a sense of community throughout our organization, including making gender neutral bathrooms available at our workplaces.
The team has plans to roll out a number of exciting initiatives over the course of the next year including an LGBTQ Safe Space at the Docklands office and an onshore rainbow zebra crossing, as well as making PRIDE Ally Awareness Sessions available to more members of our workforce.
