Altona Refinery Manager Riccardo Cavallo said that 70 years means a lot for the refinery.

“It’s an important moment, it’s an important milestone, but we want to celebrate not only looking at the great past we had, we want to celebrate looking at the future.

“It’s really around celebrating our people, the success of our people over time and how this refinery has evolved since it was started up in 1949, and how it is now today, projecting to be the refinery of the future, to supply Victoria for the long haul,” he said.
