Connection December 2021

As we near the end of 2021, we take a moment in this edition of Connection to reflect on some of the positive aspects of what was yet another dynamic and challenging year. Esso Australia is working to reduce the emissions associated with our operations, and since 2017, we have implemented a range of activities to reduce emissions associated with our Victorian operations by 26%. This work is ongoing and in this Connection, you can watch a short video about some the innovative ideas we’re exploring to reduce emissions while maintaining our essential supply of Gippsland gas to Australia.

We also take a look at some of our recent engagement with the Gippsland community. As part of our long-standing partnership with the Lions Club of Sale we recently supported their annual convention as well as the annual Christmas hamper program which delivers goods to families in need of assistance at this critical time of the year. We were also pleased to help deliver the first ever Esso Community Festival for the people of Sale and surrounds on 4 December 2021.
